Use of the tkppk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:
tkppk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time determined appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by tkppk may result in account suspension.
To access the full range of games, betting markets, and payment features available on the tkppk platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. You must not impersonate another person, use a fictitious name, or provide false contact details. tkppk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Any discrepancy between the information provided during registration and the documentation submitted during KYC may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tkppk platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tkppk employs automated duplicate-detection systems that monitor registration patterns across IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment identifiers. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tkppk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify tkppk's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. tkppk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
You may request the closure of your tkppk account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts that are closed as a result of a breach of these terms may have their balance reviewed before any disbursement is approved.
tkppk supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all transactions are processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion fee applied to deposits or withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount on tkppk is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your tkppk account within five minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. tkppk does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts held in the name of a third party will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. tkppk does not accept deposits made from credit cards funded by borrowed money for the purpose of gambling.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals until all required documentation has been submitted and approved by our compliance team. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
tkppk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above, or any withdrawal that triggers our automated fraud-detection systems. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
All bonus funds awarded by tkppk are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated explicitly in the promotion's individual terms. As a general guide, most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. Players should review the specific terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any offer.
All bonuses awarded to a tkppk account carry an expiry date, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that remain unused or have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
tkppk employs sophisticated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing simultaneous opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine gaming activity, and any other behaviour that tkppk determines to be in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, tkppk reserves the right to void all bonus funds, forfeit any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the offending account.
tkppk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is awarded due to a technical error, clerical mistake, or system malfunction, tkppk reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously awarded funds regardless of whether they have been partially or fully wagered.
tkppk is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
